About Us

Whisker & Wag is a UK pet shop for dogs, cats and the people who love them.

We keep our range small and carefully chosen: toys that stand up to a determined chewer, leads that feel right in the hand, beds that actually get slept in, and grooming kit that makes bath night less dramatic. Everything we sell is brand-new stock from names pet owners already trust, including KONG, Flexi, Halti, Beco, Scruffs, Catit, Rosewood, Ancol, Mikki, Animology, LickiMat and Earth Rated.

How we choose what we sell

• Tried-and-tested brands. We would rather stock one toy that lasts than ten that end up in the bin by Tuesday.
• Something for every part of the day. Walks and travel, feeding and rest, grooming and care, and plenty of play for dogs and cats.
• Honest descriptions. Sizes, materials and what each product is best for, so you can choose with confidence.

Delivery and returns

Every order ships free across the United Kingdom and normally arrives within 3–6 business days. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back free of charge, with a prepaid return label in the box. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for the details.
