How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive an order confirmation email straight after checkout. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us with the email address you used.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
Delivery
How are large items delivered?
Mowers, sheds, hot tubs and other large items travel by freight. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot. See our shipping policy for the details.
Where is my order?
When your order ships we'll email you the delivery details we receive from the carrier. If you have questions, contact us with your order number.
Choosing gear
Which mower is right for my lawn?
As a rule of thumb, walk-behind mowers suit smaller lawns, riding mowers and garden tractors suit medium to large lawns, and zero-turn mowers suit large lawns where speed matters. Tell us roughly how big your lawn is and we'll help you choose.
Single-stage or two-stage snow blower?
Single-stage machines are light and quick for paved paths and lighter snow. Two-stage machines handle deep, wet snow and gravel drives. Ask us if you're unsure.
